When can you speak the truth in 2020?

I’m asking it in the 21st century, March 2020. When can you speak the truth?
Will it be the number of coronavirus infections in our own backyards? A plummeting stock market? Or will it be a canceled and deleted public life worldwide? If Trump cancels a rally?
